flaxseed oil

I've been trying flaxseed oil for the past month and I honestly think this stuff is overrated cuz I'm not seeing any differences with my digestion or muscle gains or anything else. what exactly is this stuff supposed to do for bodybuilders to help them get results and is there something else...
