deca 300 how much ok

I never use any of this before so can somebody suggest me if deca 300 is ok for first time user,how to use it and dosage where to inject .how long cycle you suggest?and some other info for me .i will be glad so i see deca is not good for first time ,what you suggest 38years training one year...
