coq10.heart benefits

I'm reading a lot about CoQ10 and how it's good to help with blood pressure. Right now my blood pressure is 145 over 89 which is elevated. I am on a steroid cycle so I think that is probably why it's up cuz it usually is not that high. How much CoQ10 do I need to use to help get this number down
