Has anyone ever used blackstrap molasses as a sweetener in their coffee or made sandwiches out of it? It is supposed to have a lot of magnesium and calcium in it and help with osteoperosis and breathing too. I noticed when I eat it I get very little amount of blood sugar rise, is this due to...
