    Adding some fruit to my diet

    I live in a climate where we can only get access to frozen fruit. I was wondering if any of you on here mess around with frozen fruit. I was thinking of getting some frozen blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Would this be a good way to get some extra antioxidants in my diet?
