big. nips

Heres the deal. I dont have lumps just big nips. they dont hurt or anything they just look big. If im cold or i squeeze then for a miniute they look small and awsome! will letrozole reduxe them to this small size permenantly ? i hate it when im wearing tight tees or im hot coz they look stupid...
