anavar fat loss

I am curious about using anavar for weight loss, i have already tried albuterol. I am 42 years old and 5'4 136 pounds, want to lose like 5 or 10 pounds from here. seeing if any other women have used it for this purpose and what kind of results did you get? I don't want to gain any water using it
