anadrol kidney cycle pain

Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong area i am new to this site. I am currently on my 3rd week of an anadrol/test cycle and have started experiencing what i believe is kidney pain, i'm not 100% as wouldn't it be both my kidneys aching and not just my left one? and if it were to be kidney pain...
