itchy nipples

I am 5’8, 12.5 stone, and 15-17% body fat. I am 42 years old. I’m on my third cycle ever and doing Sustanon 250 at 500mg a week which is standard dose. Never had any issues with gyno on cycle. I am doing ½ mg of arimidex on days I pin and now on week 5 and I feel itchy nipples and soreness...
