Evening all, I’m currently away with my family watching my son play in the U16 nationals basketball tournament, he’s going really well !!
I trained today, it was interesting to say the least, I trained in a gym I’ve trained at for the past 5 years when I’ve travelled for basketball and I’ve always enjoyed it, today I had a group of kids deadlifting weights they had no business trying to lift and then dropping all weights from waist height …..
Anyway my workout went ok, used some different machines, it was good to get it done since I haven’t lifted since last Thursday, I’ll be less cranky tomorrow….. 🀣🀣
Steps as always were high despite it being that cold where I’m at,rugged up and got it done πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š
