Training/cardio - trained upper A today, good session, a little flat, which is typical of Monday’s, due to all the traveling I’m doing on the weekend, I finished my workout and came home and completed cardio, which did feel good. The weather has turned real ordinary here but I rugged up and got the walk done early this morning,I’m looking forward to tomorrows session, especially with a little less flatness.
*** massive positive is my sleep has returned in a big way 3-4 hrs of deep sleep every night
*** early days with the new additions in my @Unitedau mito stack, the HGH + 5amino combo in the morning has been good, slight energy boost on my walk and zero fat gain even with an increase in food
The pre workout stack, nad+, 3331+ Slu332, is gold, the Slu has been the constant and the others will begin to shine in a few weeks, but overall feeling good, energy and motivation are up
*** The Reta is another pep that’s helping my bloodwork and keeping things tidy, keeps me locked in with food and life choices
