Cheeky Lunch time weights session today, lower, quad focused, real good session, bike after work, started the day with a walk in the morning , perfect day all round. Food- coffee, protein yogurts, chicken,rice and veg , more protein yogurt +fruit, grenade protein bar, lean mince high protein bolognaise, no photos but it’s the same food I eat everyday 🤣🤣
Health markers have been staying in a good range, which I’m happy with, I’ll be getting bloods soon to see where I’m at 👊

Morning weight -107.4kg
Training/cardio - Took advantage of the ability to train over my lunch break, which is great when you don’t have much spare time ….trained upper B,everything moved pretty well , gym was quite which I like, cardio after work, morning walk and the rest of my steps over the day.
Scale weight is going up, visually and using clothes my waist is staying the same.
Lower - hamstrings tomorrow to finish off the week 👊👊

Morning weight 105kg **interesting 2.7 kg drop from Fridays weigh in, not sure why, my calories, water etc are always good when I travel, I’ll see what the Tuesday weigh in brings …..

Training/cardio - Back and reasonably rested after travelling away again. Lunch time workout again , upper A, it’s good to get it done during the day, it frees up the afternoon for the kids and sport. The session was good, strength is up and I’m really enjoying my sessions at the moment. Cardio is later in the day, not straight after weights and steps are morning, arvo and alllllll day
Blood glucose and BP in good order.

Would love to know what the app you’re using to track workouts is, looks the goods! I gather it’s connected to your smart watch for your sleep too?

Seems like a great way to start your week off with a strong workout! Great steps and more delicious lookin food! Setting yourself up for success is king behaviour 👑💪💪
