Hello, im new to this forum and this is my first post. Very happy to meet you guys.
I have a simple background to steroids and I used some before.
I’ll just give you a simple background to understand my situation, around 3 years ago I was diagnosed with arthritis and doctors had me immediately stop training for a minimum of 2 years while I took medicine.
I honestly got kinda depressed in that time and lost hope, ended up putting on a shameful amount of fat back on.
Before I was 140kg and dropped to 100kg, around 20% bodyfat. At the same time I used tren for only 2 weeks and hopped off when I was told to stop training.
I put 20kg of fat back on in those 3 years,
Now im back in the gym, I have been on a deficit for a little under 2 months now and I lost 12kg so far.
I’m currently 108kg and around 30% body fat last time I checked (though I think the test was inaccurate I look much fatter.)
I started using testosterone, specifically 560mg/w.
I’m on a harsh deficit, eating only 1600 calories daily.
So obviously no gains on this, my current plan is to stay on this deficit until I reach a leaner percentage, say ~20% bf, then eat at maintenance calories to fuel the test.
Should I stay on this plan?
