how best to run retatrutide for 30 weeks

I’m looking to use retatrutide for 30 weeks. I want to start the first 4 weeks with 1mg a week. Then I’m going to increase it gradually by .5mgs every 4 weeks until I hit a total of 3mgs. Then keep that dose. Would this work? Or should I think about microdosing? I’m 240lbs and want to lose like 30lbs

Start with 1mg and then increase after appetite suppression becomes less. There is no set time. Just make sure your run a dose for a few weeks before making any increase or it will mess up your gut/digestion.
