Opinion is an entitlement of all members. It's always good to have solid grounds for your argument but I guess that's not always possible.
But this got out of hand and become a smear fest which is unfortunate !
Alot of things said and each comment has been debunked to my knowledge so I hope as a community we can now leave it behind and push forward !

As earlier stated, i back my brand 100% I said if the reta came back as a dud I was happy to give full refund but it has come back on point. I offered to replace the vials which was denied. I-hold no bad blood. I’m here to give quality gear to people who want it in the elite fitness community at a really good price. I think my customer service is on point and my shipping is faster than can be desired.. As for the smearing/tarnishing of my brand it isn’t anything I haven’t dealt with before and I’ll continue to keep doing what I do. Thanks to all the boys that had my back. As for @Freki. i hold no bad blood. The offer to replace the reta vials still stands. The ball is in your court. All the best.
Like I said in threema I hold no bad blood either. I stand by my opinion I didn't get what I paid for. Customer service needs to improve or stand by your word, you offered twice to refund it and didn’t, then we agreed you would replace one vial with something else and then didn't, and then you chose instead to send off for testing without any prompting instead. You then said you didn't send it off because you couldn't afford it, but you did??
There is obviously a trust issue from both sides, I wish I could of conveyed it better that it wasn't up to standard and that you believed me.
I do have major trust issues with you now so no i don't want your replacement vials or any other product, if your not going to refund like you offered then do a give-away with it. Like kaos did.

That was the problem in the first place he offered to refund then didn't refund it, anyway he has offered replacement vials which i don't trust to use so maybe someone else can do something with it.
If a refund was the agreement via private convos then I would have to say it should be adhered to.
But I don't know the details of the private convos and what's taken place since. Only what has been shown here in the threads.
It would seem the product was not bunk at all. But potentially could have had a better testing %
Is this worthy of refunds ?? In my opinion not really but that's at the discretion of the vendor. However if a refund was offered, that kind of changes the situation.
