should you feel any pain at all---took 2 amps in the arm and felt nothing!

I was just wondering if anyone has the same amps, I just picked up 20 and I am unsure. I can't post a photo but the amps are clear with green writing that can't be rubbed off and there is a green ring around the neck. I took them in the arm with no pain at all. Any help would be great. Thanks...
