starving your body of carbs will make your body hold onto any carbs it gets, so on those cheat days the majority of the carbs will be stored as fat. counterproductive. also starving yourself of carbs means your body has to get energy from somewhere else, and that somewhere will be muscle. sure...
theres no need to pyramid the clen doses, just keep upping the dose every few days until day14. (not an expert) but it downregulates(?) your beta2 receptors which reduces the cells sensitivety to clen. which is why most people cycle it 2wks on 2wks off to allow beta receptors to upregulate.
