From my understanding the first weight you loose is water weight. Thats why you lost so much.

I think they raised her calories by 300. Up to 1600.

I am obese right now. I weight 330lbs @6'5" I dont even want to know what my BMI is. I figure I need to loose 85-90 lbs. I'm guessing its going to take until July to get to where I need to be.
