Crackerbread, I think, is similar to rice cakes. I think they are only 1 carb per cracker so I imagine that they would be ok. Also, I don't really like peanut butter. But I love sunflower seeds, so I'll get some of those to snack on during the day.

Ok, so how does this sound as my eating plan, to start with:
10am - 40g Readybrek (porridge) with skimmed milk
11am - 3 Crackerbread/Riveta with ham and cheese on
1pm - Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheddar cheese, waither thin ham/tuna or grilled chicken and teaspoon of mayonnaise...

Our regulations are that you get at least a 30 minute break during a working day. Nothing about allowing breaks throughout the day. Yes we are allowed toilet breaks, but I can't swap them for more lunch breaks :rolleyes:
