    No, I'm usually at the gym or out somewhere. Anyway, I'm new to all this and I don't really know what to prepare. All I know is lean meats. But I love potatoes, can I have those? Or chicken flavoured rice? I'm going to gradually try to adapt.

    Our regulations are that you get at least a 30 minute break during a working day. Nothing about allowing breaks throughout the day. Yes we are allowed toilet breaks, but I can't swap them for more lunch breaks :rolleyes:
