Amatuer Mixed Martial Arts competitior & amatuer bodybuilder coming back to both after a 2 years off due to rotator cuff injury & no health insurance. So when i did pay cash to get it fixed it had already startd healing improperly & the doc said that i shud never fight again & i shouldnt train my upperbody,mostly shoulders & chest anymore.
