thats pretty dangerous advice , the cyiatic (probably spelled wrong) nerve is in that area , and you can paralyze your self if you hit it ... hence why they inject in the upper outside quadrant ... not saying you always have to hit the same 3 cm area ... but moving around too much , especially...
