Its a vile that inserts in a pen like device that automaticly injects the dright dose each time very conveniant.

I tore a ligament in my shoulder recently pain sounded simaler my doc said even if some movements dont seem to hurt it I could be doing more damage any way if it were me I would not do any thing with my shoulder until better.
