I've looked around and found nothing on either type of IGF, just ifno on IGF its self.
Just stick to one thing, if you're 245 6'1 20%bf it sounds like you need to shed to me, but thats none of my business.
Like Muscleup said, stick to one thing, you will see better results from sticking to one training regamin instead of trying to gain both muscle and lose fat at the same time.
