im about to use clen but dont know the best way to do it. I also was wondering if i can cycle it with sus 250.

I am bout to get clen and sus. I wanted to know if anyone knew if i should just use the clen alone or if i can cycle it with the sus. Also what is the best way of using the clen and the ammounts needed Thanks
