hi all, first post. started the other week..went to GNC and got some Creatine Monohydrate and some designer protein. btw, I'm 17 and 130 pounds. 5 foot 8. I went 4 days taking three 15 gram servings of creatine and drinking 3 servings of this designer stuff. I guess that was the loading phase...
