I have found that taking 2e and 1 c three times a day is doable for me. That is approximately 16 milligrams of ephedrine and 200 milligrams of caffeine per dose.
My usual routine: 2 circuit training days with lifting and Cardio mixed in, 1 strength day, 1 power day and 1 HIIT/heavy bag day.

Dosing it twice like that would give me 32mgs of ephedrine total per day.
Of o dose it the times like that I would be at 48Mg total per day.....

Ok I did 3e1c and 2e1c. I woke up late so i'm not doing a third dose.
I'm experiencing a little chest tightness right now. But I also worked chest shoulders and triceps today, so I don't know if it's because is that our the ephedrine.

Its also that time of the month for me, maybe the depressed mode was linked to that.
I had no intentions of raising the dose, if anything I was gonna cut it back.

Ok so I dosed 3e 1c twice today. First dose I felt fine and had a good workout. Second dose has me feeling depressed though...so i'm not doing the third dose...
Any experience with this side effect?

I'm just wondering if I should up it to 3e 1c now three times a day? Our maybe mix it up... 3e1c x2 and then maybe 2e 1c. Or keep it at 2e 1c three times a day?

I felt fine. During my strength workout I was sweating pretty good. During my leg biceps ab circuit the other day I was drenched in sweat. No notable heart changes. I will run the above stack tomorrow...
