I was shocked when i heard this, but Matt Damon lost 25 or 30 pounds in a month for his new movie. He had one chicken breast and one large baked potato and ran 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles at night. Wonder if anyone else heard about this?
I used to have low fat skin milk for my protien shakes but I just recently find out that it was bad for you but I have a hard time drinking just water with them. I just can't. Any other stuff I can take with Protien shakes? I don't have much time looking through the board for this so thanks.
I'm 5'8 168 pounds with a little gut. My goal is to get down to 150 at least and i'm trying to get cut at the same time so here is my diet. Please give some advice. Thanks!
