    Hiit & Ckd

    Would HIIT be effective while on a CKD diet or would it not be enough to send the body into ketosis? Want to do the 6 wk challenge and wondering if I should stick to my same cardio (alternate aerobics & elliptical work) or go the HIIT route? Any ideas? WTE

    Not sure how true this is....BUT someone once told me that if you don't "suck your abs in tight" while you are working them, your muscles will tend to pop out....if you suck them in, they will flatten.
