I wake myself up because I grind my teeth so bad. The last time I went to the dentist they said my teeth have small stress fractures in them.

It seemed to help me with elbow pain after @ 3 weeks at 2000mg. a day. stopped taking it for a couple months and now my other elbow is starting to flare up so I'm going to give it another try.
