I did carb cycling 3 low 1 high. I used eca 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I was trying to preserve as much muscle but seems like I lost a lot.

I just about done doing a cut its about week 8 of my cut. Did I just lose a lot of muscle .. pics below.

Hey new to the forum. but my question is it possible to run 6 weeks of alpha 1 max or is it really liver toxic as m1t.
