    Bulking I take 3 per day- ON chocolate w/milk Cutting I take 3 per day- Prima Force WPI w/water I usually take my first one about 2 hours after breakfast. Then I'll take one 15 mins before workout. And the other 15 mins after workout...then of course followed by a healthy meal

    thanks for the comments jpt. crossy you said to cut down on the carbs. You think I should eliminate my oats preworkout? I try and have a bowl of oats because I run HIIT after lifting.

    Need something thats gonna light a fire under my a$$

    The last couple of weeks I have been REALLY sluggish in the gym...Lot of it has to do with working 12+ hours in the sun then trying to muster up enough energy to lift. I was taking 200mg of caffeine but that isnt helping anymore. Any recs?
