I have lost 65 pounds of fat since April. My body fat is down to 16% I was at 270lbs, I am now down to 205 I am 6'3. I am now trying to add muscle and get rid of loose skin.
I have been working out very hard for 9 months and have hit a wall. I have been to many websites and tried many supplements. Nothing seems to work. What do I do now?
