I have just started training and as im sure everyone remembers how confused you get with all the info around..... wanting as much help and advice as i can get!!!
Currently studying to be a social worker in manchester uk, training 5 times a week, and really loving it so far (think im a little addicted) am progressing well but the diet side is forever problematic...... Help!!!
