Hello i eat all these foods for my ccabrs but i was checking out calorie king and realised that when they are cooked they lose more then half the calories than what it says on the container.
Anyways, my questions are:
does cooking a cup of oatmeal or oatbran in the microwave lower the calories...
Im really interested to try this. I do a lot of training though, 6 days a week pretty intense boxing/grappling/muay thai. and weights 3 days a week in morning with sprints on the other 3 mornings.
How does someone incorporate this into their diet? Wouldnt it cause my muscles to be shot with...
