It was definitely taken off the shelves because it has a half life that is unacceptable by the FDA, which really means shit because it is legal in good amount of countries, including those in europe. It is NOT a steriod, and is hardly toxic to the liver, if it is even toxic at all.

definitely winny, the only other thing I can think of which would help would be some clenbuterol(even though it is not considered an AS) the lungs can bring in more air, therefore you can run harder.

i usually buy them from nutrition warehouse, its like a GNC, I dont think that there would be much of a difference in quality if you got them at the meijers place though, and it will probably be cheaper too so go for it.

sorry, never used the one w/ shark cartilage, and never heard any info on them. I would just stick w/ the regular msm capsules, i cant imagine a rub on lotion working very well.
