    one thing's for sure, a HELL of a lot more than Tbol, if you can afford 7 weeks at 80mg a week, your in for a wild ride, and it will not "make" you shredded....that is up to your diet and exercise, but IMO diet and exercise being equal, you will probably see more permanent quality gains in lean...

    i've done both, Tbol for 4 weeks at 40-50mg and Anavar at 40mg for 7 weeks....Tbol is by far my choice, especially for the price...Anavar did get me SHREDDED tho, my abs have never looked better, but i put on FARR FARR more weight using tbol, 15lbs, vs about 2 or 3lbs on var i should also tell...

    Holy sh!t man haha, you've given me a ton to think about...sounds like your really know what your talking about and I would MUCH rather do 8 minutes of high intensity than 45 minutes slow haha, the gatorade i drink when i do weights is the "gatorade performer" i'll look into the corn syrup...
