Not sure what it’s from. I think maybe a compressed nerve. Maybe water retention. I don’t know.

I have the exact same problem. I’m on 500 test and 50 var. the numbness even lasts after I wake up for up to an hour sometimes. The numbness tingling sensation can wake me out of my sleep and it can be slightly painful down my arm.
