Thats good to know Ill save the Deca for later down the road... Should I take anything after my cylce to keep my gains?

5'10 and maybe 8 or 9% im not to sure. Yes this is my first time.

Hey guys Im getting ready to start a cycle of sustanon 325 and deca 250mg. I would like to know how long I should cylce for? How much should I take? also what a good PCT would be for me? Im 25 170 any help you guys could give me would be great Thanks
