Hi, Well for the last month i have been trying LS7 by Isatori and have noticed moderate results, i am 5ft 11 and 189lbs with around 7-10% body fat levels. At the moment i am down to 7%ish (sorry but i dont weigh myself often) bodyfat, and my stomach does appear much leaner and more 'fat free'...
