Like the title says, I'm curious to find out if Basmati is better than brown rice while cutting? I've heard this from a few people and I can't see how it can be possible. Since I plan on cutting soon I want to be sure that I'm using the best rice available. Anyone have any input on this please...
This is something that has confused me for sometime. Seems everybody has different values for different foods. According to www.calorieking.com a 5oz Chicken breast has 43 grams of protein. Yet I see people often giving different values... what gives here?
