Today in the morning I have left my whey protein, already mixed with milk and everything, in the freezer. Wanted to make if cooler for a hot day coming ahead. It got frozen in a piece of ice – got distracted by some shit, and forgot about it. Is it ok to drink it yet? Will it work?
