I am going to be starting my 1st cycle which is 500mg a wk, for 8wks of sust. Its the only thing i can get my hads on. My question is - What should i take to limit the bloat from the sust and how should i take it? I need this answered please and thanks.

i would like to try 750mg of sust for 8 weeks. this would be my 1st time using. my stats are 6'2" at 243lbs with roughly 12 to 15% body fat. Or should I try 500mg for 8wks since this is my first shot at it.plus have nolvadex on hand. but not sure what i would run the nolvadex at. Need info...
