    6'3 202lbs 12%bf Finishing week 2 of Test E 500mg/wk 12 wks I'm just finishing week 2 of a Test E cycle and I noticed my left nip is sore, puffy, irregular shaped and has a lump about the size of a quarter behind it. I'm pretty sure this is left over from a botched test cycle 10 years ago...

    I'm really looking to cut down a bit more and just look fuller, mainly in arms/chest/shoulder area (not neglecting legs mind you). I didn't realize my macros where off until just a few minutes ago. I've been doing the same diet for so long I just spaced the numbers. I will be adjusting that.
