    Currently using Lev, Gluc, and Ses and they are great. I tried for about a week to get on Trex, but even 1 pill a day got to be too much for me (crazy anxiety from it).     What DP said. You can get stronger and loose fat, but not add bulk. As for the scales - crazy how much they are off. Mine vaires 3% at a time. When I swithc between 'athlete mode' (and I am, I do between 10-15 hours of cardio a week) and normal, it shifts about 10%...

    True enough, for today I think I'm done :). What is weird to me is that I had been taking 2x2 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning, then just got weird. I think I'll just stick to 1 twice for a while. Haha, at least we know this stuff works! I've lost 3lbs since Tuesday.
