A couple of people at work have lost some pretty impressive quick weight (10-20) pounds in 2 weeks. Even though I suspect most of it is water they have settled in to a lesser but steddier, pound or two a week. Saying it seems easy because they eat so well.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this Southbeach Diet? I've actually heard some good things.
