I've tried lowering my cholesterol through diet. It didn't work. My total cholesterol was 334. Both my mom and dad have very high cholesterol. I've been reading Zyglamail thread on thyroid function... I'm going to look into that.

I'm 39 6ft 200lbs 221 is my current level on a scale of 350-1200 sleep apnea and cholesterol meds caused the drop in test. My dr. doesn't want to take me off the statin because my cholesterol is so high
