idk wtf ur routines are but layne nortons PHAT takes me 45min-1hr at the most. I usually do 15-30sec between sets, 30min cardio... how the fuck are u guys in there for 3+ hours
I've been seeing alot of peptide talk, barring it doesnt have any suppresive qualities (from what i've read) what would be the recommended to add into pct, or maybe shortly after pct.
