thanks for the advice, i'll get my ass in the tanning bed, not ready to take off my shirt in public yet cause of these damn spots.

The skin is still smooth on the outside, it seems that the redness is under the skin so I don't think they are scars. Hopfully they will go away. Thanks for the response.

3 weeks ago I finished up a 5 month Accutane Treatment which eliminated all acne on my back and shoulders. My question is I am left with dark red spots anywhere there used to be acne, will these spots go away or am I stuck with them? Thanks for the responses. Trivial
