    I'm not a fisherMAN... :0) But I do fish! Salmon, Steelhead, Sturgeon, and Halibut! Salmon and Steelhead fishing right in my backyard. It doesn't get any better than that! The Spring Salmon run was awesome! My freezer is nice n full.... bring on the BBQ.

    Yep, definately too much fruit in the diet, like Thandie said, it tends to make you crave more, and your blood sugar levels are on a rollercoaster ride. Without seeing how much youre actually eating, it kinda looks like you may need more lean protein too. And my .02 for what its worth...

    ECA stack.. You can still get Ephedrine from things like Bronkaid & Primatene, just have to go to the pharmacy counter to get it. They track it now, so you can only get a certain amount at a time. I've tried Green Tea caps before, and didn't notice any difference, maybe the tea form is better...
