i am so sorry about all your losses..
my advice is to stop thinking about your body and work on your mind and your emotions.... you really have to get things together in life before you get into your cycles again... it might just make everything worse... i was at a very low point a couple...

i always keep pre made tuna and hard boiled egg whites.....if its the only thing already made in the house its an easy choice and it doesnt hurt the diet... cottage cheese and pb also work great!...

actually four weeks ago i was staying low on carbs and decided to eat less cals on weeknds (non lift days) and i noticed i was leaner on mondays... maybe its in my head but i think it worked for me... i just try and trick my body some times... some times it works and others it doesnt.... good...
sugar alcohols are usually subtracted from the total carb count on keto diets and such because they dont tend to raise insulin levels, however it depends on the individual.. personally they kick me out of keto :( .. you gotta find your tolerance. but i would treat them as low gi carbs...
